Online Mom & Baby Yoga

I am so excited to offer my first Online Mom & Baby Yoga series to all the mamas with babes under 1 years old! There will likely be crying, definitely a poopy diaper, but most importantly it will put a smile on your face.

So if you are 6 weeks or more postpartum and have gotten the approval to exercise from your doctor, please join me from your home on Thursdays at 1:30-2pm MST. I will be hosting a 3 week series April 16, 23 and 30. Class will be focused of regaining pelvic floor and abdominal awareness and strength, relaxing shoulder muscles from all that baby carrying, as well as just moving the body to feel good!

If your baby isn’t mobile yet, set up a blanket and some toys for them to be entertained with at the top of your yoga mat. If your baby is mobile, I recommend wearing them in a carrier or being in a room that is safe for them to roam. If your baby is napping (lucky you!) please still join us and enjoy some mama yoga. ☺️
