This place will never cease to awestruck me. Every time I see the mountains (even if it was just the day before) it is like the first time. They are stunning, majestic, and fill me with so much wonder. It is my lifelong goal to continue to appreciate and be amazed by these beauties and the rest of the world as though it is the first time, every time. 💜
Baby is loving yoga this week, kicking happily while we move and play on our mat. 🧘‍♀️💪🏻 Yoga for two has been different with lots of modifications, but it has also inspired so much creativity for the moments a teacher guides a sequence we cannot safely do (like twists or laying on my belly). The best thing this pregnancy has gifted my yoga practice is the ability to do backbends again! I have suffered for chronic SI Joint pain for the past 2.5 years, but due to my body reshaping and widening my hips, the SI pain has suddenly disappeared! January 1st I did my first upward dog in over 2 years and it felt so good, and continues to feel amazing. Grateful for the journey and teachings of this practice and pregnancy! 🥰🙏🏻💕 #ebbandflow #gowiththeflow #vinyasa
Today I was a cup overflowing with happiness. 💛 Truly I haven’t felt this happy in a long time, likely due to all these crazy pregnancy hormones making me feel sad/upset/irritated/emotional. But today it was as if a light switch had been turned on and suddenly I was being illuminated with happiness. Everything brought a goofy, happy grin to my face: getting my work done, enjoying a beautiful yoga class, feeling baby’s first STRONG kick 💪🏻, having a delicious lunch, getting my lashes done, driving with Stevie being the cutest passenger, making progress on a new painting, making dinner, and then ending with family hubby+Stevie cuddles. It’s been a good day and I’m so glad I was able to soak it in moment by moment. 🥰
Wider smile, longer hair, brighter eyes, happier soul, healthier body, more loving heart.😊 10 years, from 18 years old to 28 (29 next week! 🎉) has brought me countless adventures, a bachelors in business, a volleyball career, a wonderful boyfriend-to fiancé-to husband, my yoga practice, many new friendships, opportunities to pursue my artistic dreams, a puppy, and now a baby on the way! I am so grateful for the chance to age, learn and grow. Looking forward to the next 10 years! ❤️ #10yearchallenge

Ryan, you my friend, were the definition of happiness. With great sadness, myself and so many others said farewell to you yesterday, but we also celebrated you. A room of hundreds of people mourning came together and brought so much love for you. It was truly a powerful and beautiful service, and while my heart ached in great pain, I was so overwhelmed with emotion to see how many people you touched with your happiness and positive spirit. You were always the brightest light in the room, your smile was contagious, your energy uplifting, and your friendship like no other. You, Jessica, Lauren and the rest of your happy gang were always the highlight of my day whenever you came to my yoga classes. I am so honoured to have had you as a dedicated student since 2015 and even more, I am humbled that you were not only my student but my teacher too. You taught me to love unconditionally, to give 110% in everything I do, to be a best friend, to follow your passions, and to always smile. ☺️ I am so grateful we had the time we did together. Rest easy my friend, we will meet again. ❤️
